To assist those grappling with Pet Loss Syndrome, I've designed a unique product-service system. This system customizes and replicates the unique scent of a user's pet, allowing them to experience the presence of their pet even after its passing, thereby offering emotional support and comfort. Additionally, I've developed an application to facilitate easy use and management of this product and service, enhancing the overall user experience.
